【概要 / Summary】 デザイン工学部 デザイン工学科において専任教員を公募します Open call for a faculty position at Department of Design Engineering, College of Design Engineering 【職名?募集人数 / Job type & Number of positions】 専任教員（助教?准教授または教授） 1名 Full-time faculty（Assistant Professor(tenure-track), Associate Professor or Professor), One position 【勤務形態 / Employment status】 常勤（任期なし、定年満65歳。 ただし、助教の場合は任期3年（1年ごとに更新、最長5年まで延長可能、審査により准教授への昇格有り） 〔勤務日?時間〕週40時間の専門業務型裁量労働制 ※学年暦により祝日に授業の振り替え実施あり Full-time（For associate professors and professors, the retirement age is 65. For assistant professors, the term is 3 years (renewed every year, and can be extended up to a maximum of five years. Those who have successfully passed the review process will be granted tenure along with promotion to associate professor) The Discretionary Labor System for Professional Work applies（40 hours per week). * Classes may be scheduled on national holidays according to the academic calendar. 【着任時期 / Starting date】 2025年10月1日以降のできるだけ早い時期／As early as possible after 2025/10/1 |

以下の条件をすべて満たしている方 (1) 博士の学位を有すること。または同等以上の顕著な業績や受賞歴を有すること。 (2) 本学の教育理念に理解があること。 (3) 本学の目指す重点課題（教育の質保証、国際化等）に積極的に参画できること。 (4) 日本語および英語による授業ができること。 (5) 助教については、ポスドク研究員あるいは研究職として原則2年以上の経験があること。 (6) 目前最好的足彩appの運営に積極的に貢献できること。 (7) 日本語運用能力を有する方。 (8) 入職日に特定類型（※）に該当せず、それを誓約できる方。 ※特定類型については以下よりご確認ください。 https://www.meti.go.jp/policy/anpo/law_document/minashi/jp_daigaku.pdf (9) 「情報表現基礎演習」に関連した授業を担当できること。/about/educational_foundation/recruit/info/ (10) インタラクション、デジタルアートにおける実践経験を有することが望ましい。 The applicant should meet all of the requirements below: (1) Have a doctoral degree. Have a doctoral degree or equivalent distinguished achievements and awards. (2) Have an understanding of our university's education policies. (3) Be willing to participate in our university's priority tasks (such as quality assurance in education and globalization）. (4) Be able to lecture in both Japanese and English. 【雇用主 / Employer】学校法人 芝浦工業大学 / School Institution, Shibaura Institute of Technology 【給与 / Salary】本学給与規程による / Based on our university's salary regulations 【社会保険 / Social insurance】私学共済加入、雇用保険、労災保険 / Private School Mutual Aid (PMAC) subscription, Employment insurance, Workers' accident insurance 【賞与 / Semester-End Allowance (*does not apply to assistant professors)】 （月額本俸+住宅手当+家族手当）×5.6か月（2024年度実績）※助教は賞与なし The equivalent of 5.6 month’s annual pay (（base pay + Family Allowance + Housing Allowance） × 5.6) 【主な手当 / Allowances (principal types)】 住宅手当（月額）：世帯主14,700円、非世帯主10,800円 家族手当（月額）：配偶者16,000円、18歳未満の子8,500円、18歳以上21歳以下の子10,500円、両親5,000円 （いずれも所得税法の扶養親族の適用範囲を参照、年齢は毎年度4/1を基準） 通勤手当（6か月定期）：1か月のJR通勤定期運賃片道100km相当額を限度として、6か月の定期代を実費支給 Housing Allowance(Monthly pay)：14700 yen（Head of the household), 10800 yen（Non-household head） Family Allowance(Monthly pay)：16000yen (Spouse), 8500yen (Children under 18 years old) , 10500yen (Children between the ages of 18 and 21), 5000yen (Parents) * See coverage of dependents under the Income Tax Law.
